Article from The Washington Examiner by Paul Bedard.
New federal data shows that there are 422.9 million firearms in circulation, or about 1.2 guns for every person in the country.
What’s more, despite years of criticism of modern “assault-style” rifles such as the AR-15 and AK-47, there are a record 17.7 million in private hands, proving that it is the most popular gun around.

We’re pretty sure there are many more guns than that. Not to worry the libs and leftists, many are in the hands of God fearing men and women.
You could probably double that number and still be safe.
I agree. Smart people never divulge what or how many kinds of guns, knives and other weapons they own and know how to use. Why should anyone do that? It would be insane. I am thinking about “Hiding” few BB or pellet guns so when ‘they’ come looking they will find them. I will, of course, be dumb as a rock and slightly befuddled when ‘they”’ ask specifically about any guns. I do “befuddled” really well. Indeed.
Armed citizens are the reason the U.S. isn’t like the Northern Triangle. Can you imagine what the cartels would do with totally disarmed citizens? Disarming America after 200 years of colossal success is an absurd idea. Fortunately, the people won’t tolerate it. Law enforcement following democrat plans soon will face insurmountable resistance. And once begun, it won’t stop until the tormentors are dispatched.
