A judge has overturned the drug convictions of 10 more men who were framed by a disgraced former Chicago police sergeant, bringing the number of people cleared in the scandal to 63.
A Cook County judge granted motions Monday filed by prosecutors to vacate the men’s convictions.
Dozens of others have already been exonerated after alleging they had drugs planted on them or were otherwise framed after refusing to pay former Sgt. Ronald Watts or his tactical team a ‘protection tax’.
Sean Starr, an attorney for the Chicago Law School’s Exoneration Project, tells the Chicago Sun-Times that 63 defendants have now been exonerated after being charged with crimes in cases tainted by Watts.

An old saying went as follows. Chicago is a great town. Only problem is that the police and the law abiding citizenry aren’t on the same side. That was an old song, dating back quite some years. Unfortunately, it’s still true.

Let’s go back to Al Capone days in the 20’s. THATs how long it’s been going on. Major Daley, biggest crooked Mayor then his Son, then Obama got his czar appointed as Major. ALL CROOKS, There is NO hope for Chicago. My 2 relatives, born in Illinois, lived there all there lives, have moved out. Reason: Taxes and politics. So now they live in Tennessee. It’s sad when America goes around the world to clean up other governments, voting irregularities etc. and our government cannot even clean up Chicago.
Oh great. At first, it was the mob. Then came Daley. Then Abomo. And MS-13. Now, even the Chicago police are in on it. Pshaw. And they still want Chicago citizens unarmed. Chicagoans must be the dumbest in the nation to let them continue to get away with this bilge. Citizens there might wish to ignore the law, arm themselves and just not tell anyone.
Take him to the dark side of town, and let the coons use him for target practice!

The only thing good about Chicago is the daily shootings/murders taking place….all the blacks are shooting each other. I think that’s great…they’re SO dumb they haven’t figured this out yet.
They say that when you hold up a slice of Chicago style pizza and listen very closely you can actually hear the gunfire.
