NORTHVILLE TOWNSHIP, MI – Ron Dauzet’s flip phone has hardly stopped ringing during the past few days. The 74-year-old is being forced by the local township to part ways with over 200 vehicles on his property, and plenty of people are interested in what he has to offer.

The volume of calls isn’t necessarily a bad thing, as he must sell off 20 cars per month until his property is cleared due to violating a township ordinance prohibiting the storage of unlicensed vehicles outdoors.
The cars fill his land at the corner of North Territorial Road East and North Dixboro Road in Northfield Township, just north of Ann Arbor.
